Our site is now fully functional! As before you can upload your content and images and check the status of your items. Please make sure you have registered and then select “Enter Images & Data” to see the items requested by Sam’s for your vendor number. Sam’s Club Suppliers: Follow the steps below to ensure data and images for your items will appear on samsclub.com .Step 1 Register as a user to receive your username & password. You only need to register once. Contact Kwikee for username and password resets. Step 2 Choose an option for providing images and data. Option 1: Upload your own images & data - $39 per SKU Review the Sam’s Club Image Guidelines and and Data Field Guidelines documents. Access your requested items. Click on "Enter Images & Data" in the left hand navigation. Enter Data: You will have the option to enter your data directly on the item page for each product. You can also use an Excel template to upload & submit multiple items at once. You can find the excel template on the left hand navigation "Data Field Upload Template" or download it here . You can upload the template under "Submit Completed Data Forms" in the left hand navigation. Upload Images: Each item page will have a "browse" & upload option to upload your images directly into the item record. Please Note: On the Enter Images & Data Online page, you are given the option to review what you have entered before submitting.OR Option 2: Send Live Samples to Kwikee - $55 per SKU Complete a Packing List Form for items you are shipping, found in the left hand navigation, or download it here .
